Mad Attic Thrift Store
About
The Mad Attic is the oldest thrift store and one of the oldest nonprofit organizations in the Conejo Valley. Since 1960, it has been run 100% by volunteers, as an outreach of Saint Patrick's Episcopal Church. Located at 226 N Skyline Drive, we serve the community in three ways:
Go Green! Before heading to the Mall, thrifting is eco-friendly & good for the earth. Sustainable changes can make a difference.
Mad Attic offers a low-cost shopping alternative providing gently used personal items such as jewelry, clothing & shoes. We offer homeware decor, collectables, books, toys & furniture.
Mad Attic has donated more than $1,200,000 to local causes. We value your help to make a difference in the community!
Donations
You need not wonder what to do with all those "treasures" you no longer use. Bring them to The Mad Attic. You can be assured that your donations will go to help change lives in our community.
What does Mad Attic accept? We gratefully accept donations of gently used clothing, purses, shoes, jewelry, accessories, sporting goods, kitchenware, small appliances, books, art, collectables, crystal, approved furniture and household items. We gladly accept cash donations as well. As a charitable donation, you will receive a receipt for your tax purposes. Sorry, we do not accept items on consignment, electronics, nor child safety items such as car seats.
Volunteer
We are currently recruiting new volunteers to staff the store. If you are available and interested, please visit our Mad Attic Volunteer Page to sign up!
