In-Person Gentle Yoga with Karen Daisa

Human beings are multi-dimensional – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Gentle Yoga offers a set of tools for bringing these parts together so that we may feel calm, peaceful and healthy. Join Karen Daisa for an in-person Gentle Yoga course where you will learn tools that you can take with you off the mat.
