The Mad Attic Thrift Shop opened in 1960 making it the oldest thrift shop in the Conejo Valley. Under the sponsorship of St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church it serves the community and beyond. The shop is organized and staffed entirely by volunteers.

All merchandise as been previously owned which allows for bargain prices. Proceeds benefit community organizations: the Conejo Valley Free Clinic, Homeless Program, Boys and Girls Club, Hospice, Salvation Army, Rescue Mission, Wellness Community and Lutheran Social Services just to name a few. We also provide scholarships for high school students. Additional contributions have been made for disaster relief e.g. Hurricane Katrina and the Asian Tsunami. Our funds are also used to support programs and well as individuals in need.

Donations of clothing, jewelry, household items and some furniture are accepted as space permits. Sorry we cannot accept mattresses. Clothing and smaller items are received at the shop. Larger items can be picked up by our volunteer drivers. Donation receipts are available upon request.

Volunteers are always needed and this is a wonderful way to give back to the community. If you are interested please call the number listed above.
